Temporary Staffing

Temping: is a co-employment relationship between a Client company, temping company and the Employee. The relationship between the Client and the temping company is captured in a Client Service Agreement (CSA). The CSA establishes a Third Party relationship whereby the Temping Company acts as the employer of the temporary employee who works at the clients premises. Under the CSA the temping company assumes responsibility for the personnel administration and compliance for most employment related government regulations, while the client retains the employee’s services in its business and remains the employer for various other purposes. •  Recruit the employees as per the clients specifications and assign them to the client's workplace.

•  Option of Absorption on completion of the assignment.

Payrolling: Transition employees identified by the client onto the roles of HCR GLOBAL SERVICES Management Solutions. Co – employment relationship between the client, employee and HCR GLOBAL SERVICES Management Manage HR, Administration and regulatory compliances. Contract duration: Short term, long term and part time assignments Option of Absorption on completion of the assignment.

Industry Verticals: This division provides temporary staffing solutions to institutional clients (companies, academic institutions, NGOs). HCR GLOBAL SERVICES helps clients manage their short-term and long term objectives by establishing a co-employment relationship and taking full responsibility for compliance, administration and HR activities related to all employees on assignment.

HCR GLOBAL SERVICES Management  works on two models for the Temp Staffing division -  Temping and Payrolling.

Temping: Identifying and recruiting candidates based on the client’s requirements and thereon managing the employees HR, Admin and regulatory compliance.

Payrolling: Transitioning pre-identified employees of the client onto HCR GLOBAL SERVICES Management rolls and managing the HR, admin and Regulatory compliance
